Pole Deadlift Conditioning: Strength & Technique
This Pole Deadlift Conditioning class is a deep dive into all the skills and drills I’ve found most effective over the years for developing a strong, detailed, and technically precise deadlift. We’ll break down the movement, strengthen the key muscle groups, and build the control needed to lift smoothly and confidently.
Expect focused conditioning work with minimal warm-up—it’s best to arrive already warmed up so we can dedicate our time to targeted training.
You’ll need: A pole, elastic resistance band & a mat… that’s it.
Requirements:
- Comfortable with basic pole grips and engagement of shoulders/core
- Ability to invert from the floor or at least work toward inverting safely
- Prior pole experience (this is not a beginner-level class)
- No major injuries that would prevent you from safely training deadlifts and conditioning exercises
By the end of the session, you’ll have a toolkit of proven exercises you can continue using to refine your deadlift strength and technique. Perfect for polers ready to level up their lifts and gain the control to move from floor to air with precision.
