In this lesson, we will focus on backbends and stretching the shoulders. We begin with six warm-up exercises specifically designed for backbends, followed by two exercises to activate the shoulders. Next, we perform three exercises to lengthen the hip flexors, after which we move on to shoulder exercises. After that, we move on to deep back stretching, finishing with bridges and their variations. You will need a yoga mat, two yoga blocks, a yoga belt, an elastic band (or even a rope, as long as it doesn't stretch) and a wall large enough to support your chest.
