This is a complete spinning course, including a warm-up, pole conditioning exercises and a spinning combo! I always structure my classes by doing three pole conditioning exercises to help build the muscles we use for pole dancing, followed by a cute spinning combo that usually starts with an cute shape on the floor. In this class, you will need to know the Ayesha and the Forearm Grip Ayesha. It is also recommended that you can do a meat hook.
