A course on backbends and hip flexors stretching. We start the course with five general warm-up exercises, followed by two shoulder activation exercises. Next, we perform a series of three exercises to lengthen the hip flexors before moving on to back exercises focused on strength, including the glutes! After this, we move on to deep back stretching, finishing with bridges and their variations. You will need a yoga mat, one or two yoga blocks (depending on whether you need them to support your lunge position; if so, you will need two), and a wall large enough to support your chest. Keep something to drink by your side.
