In this tutorial I will show you one of my signature moves, the Extreme Machine Gun. This move is a variation of the Machine Gun that requires more flexibility but feels safer on the hold side. I have included only extra warm-up exercises for legs and shoulders, so please warm-up the rest of the body beforehand!
