In this class you will discover my go-to workout for strong legs and pointed toes. I have created a 20 minute routine that will help you to achieve exceptional lines and strong ankles. It's a simple compilation of exercises that focuses on strengthening the legs & ankles and preparing your lower body for heels and exotic.
The lesson is prepared ONLY as a complementary workout and is not considered a warm up. Please make sure you warm up your upper body if you want to continue with a pole lesson.
