Beginner-Friendly Heels Pole Choreo Tutorial ✨

If you’re completely new to dancing in heels — or if you’d just love to take it back to basics — this tutorial is absolutely for you! We’ll be working on a beginner-friendly choreography to “Quick Musical Doodles” by Two Feet that’s designed to make you feel confident, playful, and powerful right from the start.

We’ll kick things off with a short warm-up together and a little bit of conditioning to get your body ready. After that, I’ll guide you step by step through the choreography, broken down into two easy-to-follow parts.

Once you’ve learned the moves, the video wraps up with the full choreo performance — shown both from the front view and the back view — so you can practice along from whichever perspective works best for you.
