Low flow links

Hey!

In this class, we’ll play a lot with low flow. You’ll learn four links that can be connected into a longer, continuous flow. The class is suitable for all levels, from low intermediate to advanced as it's focused on movement quality and flow rather than difficulty.

This material is perfect for colder days, when you want to stay in your clothes a bit longer before getting on the pole. Please make sure to do your warm up before starting the class.
