Hi, I'm Vera. Welcome to my profile ☀️ Let me tell you little about me: I' have been teaching pole dance for 10+ years and I'm thrilled to join the Pole Cloud community, bringing my experience and passion. In recent years, I've focused on pole choreography, floorwork, and Exotic PD, while also studying the fundamentals of dance and movement. Including Heels dance (modern and jazz) and contemporary dance. My journey in pole dance began on stage. I've choreographed and created theatrical shows for myself and my students through artistic venture. After moving from Naples (Italy) to Germany, a year ago, I now teach at Polevybe Frankfurt. Here, I also love to take care of the artistic and choreographic aspects for pole sport and pole dance competitions. My teaching philosophy is to create the foundations of natural dance for an understanding and connection between body, mind, posture and movement. Also useful for finding, over time, your own style in pole dance and acquiring conscious movement skills. Technique: perfecting tricks and creating fluid transitions. Starting from the floor, through warm-up and preparatory conditioning. Expression: discovering your own unique dance style or find a new one, and connection with the music. Fluidity: creating choreographies that bring emotions to life and unleash your creativity, through fluid and dynamic movements, without interrupting the performance.
