hi! I’m Natalia i’m 23 yo, I’m certified pole dance & exotic instructor based in Poland. I have been competing regularly in Poland and abroad. I know that sometimes the smallest detail can change everything. with knowledge i’ve gained from competitions, i know how to make dance look better. I’ll share techniques, body positioning, angles, and details that make your movement look more confident, clean, and powerful. We learn slow choreographies in a pace that lets you really understand the movement and connect with your body. The choreos include legwork elements for those who want to develop their style or add something new to their dance.
