Here is Alina! I’m teaching Frame up strip already 3 years now and in this period I have changed my approach a lot. Now it's a lot more about safety and inner strength.The most important achievement for me is that I have created a team “MAK” one year ago. That means a lot, since it shows that dancers trust me as a teacher.
