Pole dancing changed my life—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. Over the past five years, I’ve fallen in love with the strength, freedom, and creativity it allows, especially through dynamic tricks and hardstyle movement. I’ve trained consistently from home while juggling a full-time job, often working in small spaces with limited time, and I know firsthand how powerful and transformative pole can be when made accessible. I teach pole heels at a studio here in Dubai and I recently competed for the first time this year in Exotic Generation Bali, in the semi-pro hardstyle category, placing fourth and recently placed first in the semi-pro hardstyle category in Malta :) I'm also a Xpert Certified in Pole 1& 2 and the Essential Science of Heels. Teaching came naturally—I’ve always enjoyed breaking down complex movements and encouraging others. Whether through private sessions, open pole, or guest classes, I’ve seen how the right guidance and energy can shift someone’s belief in what they’re capable of. My goal as an instructor is to make pole feel possible for everyone, no matter their background, body, or space. As a Black woman in this industry, representation also matters deeply to me. I want my students to feel seen, supported, and hyped—because this art form isn’t just about tricks; it’s about reclaiming power and expression. Becoming an instructor means stepping into that space of leadership, community, and care.
